A: Pre and postnatal moms are encouraged to join us and yes we welcome dads as well as grandparents. However everyone should check with their physician before beginning any exercise program. We welcome all fitness levels and will help place you in the perfect class for you.
Q: What do I need to bring with me to class?
A: A water bottle, a snack or small toy for your stroller rider, a stroller, although some of our classes you can take without a stroller, an exercise resistance tube is also helpful
Q: How should I dress?
A: Wear comfortable exercise apparel, including sneakers and be sure to dress your baby appropriately. Depending on the weather will depend on if class is indoors or outdoors. We always recommend you keep your little stroller rider protected from the sun with sun screen.
Q: Do I need to bring anything extra for the tummies class?
A: A towel or mat works great for this class.
Q: How long is the class and how often should I attend?
A: Each Mommy and Me Fitness class is 60 minutes long. We always recommend three days a week or more for optimal results.
Q: What happens if my baby cries, will he disrupt class?
A: Not at all. We are all moms and if anyone is going to understand it is the other members in this class. Our children always come first so please don’t worry about us tend to your child and then fall back into class. Your instructor will not leave you behind. We want this class to be as much fun for your child as it is for the moms.
Q: What if there is rainy or just yucky weather?
A: Every location that holds MMF classes will have a weather policy and if they have to cancel class they will make it up. You will not pay for any class that is not held.

A: We have several locations coast to coast look at our class locator to find one near you. If you do not find one near you we can help you start one of your own. Just submit an instructor training request form and we will contact you with all the details.
