Nina McGhee
Nina received her Mommy and Me Fitness instructor certification in April 2010. She is an esthetician. She takes fitness and her health very seriously because she comes from a family that deals with heart disease and diabetes. She wants to take an active role in teaching her son and others to be strong and live a healthy life. Nina says “If you stay fit, avoid health risks today, it could save your life… and as a mom I have a lot to live for!” Nina will be teaching classes in Bellville Ohio.
