Mommy and Me
These classes include fitness techniques and training that coincide with our strollering classes to expand and stretch your routine. Bringing a child with or without a stroller, these classes are written with exercise for mom and fun for baby.
Yoga – This unique class is designed to accommodate all levels of fitness and all ages of children. Working with basic techniques of yoga and pilates, both mothers and children will enjoy moving through asanas in yoga and developing a strong core through pilates. 30 minutes of stroller and 30 minutes of mat time provide mother and child a complete workout through breathing, movement and meditation.
Tummies- A 30 minute Core abdominal workout that will definitely get those abs burning! This class is held before or after a stroller fit class. Mothers are educated about common abdominal issues related to pregnancy and safe ways to strengthen the core abdominal muscles to pre-pregnancy status.
Belly Boogie – This class is designed for our pregnant and postpartum mothers and includes all levels of fitness. Mothers are instructed about proper positioning and modifications during pregnancy and educated about how to safely exercise during pregnancy and how to resume exercise following the labor and birth of their child.
