New Charter in Saint Augustine, Florida

I am so excited about the Saint Augustine, Florida Mommy & Me Fitness Good News Church Charter starting this summer! Mommies it is time to get and be strong physically, emotionally, and spiritually! So dust off those sneakers, put on some comfy workout gear, and come join other moms with their children in a fun for the whole family work out!

A strollering strong class will be offered once a week as well as a family conditioning class! More details to come with days and times and what to expect when you come to a Mommy & Me fitness class!
